Mahmut Can İsal

Mahmut Can İsal is a seasoned legal expert and humanitarian consultant with over a decade of experience in migration law, refugee protection, and human rights. Holding an LL.B from Istanbul Bilgi University and currently pursuing an LL.M in Human Rights Law, he has played pivotal roles in leading EU-funded projects, capacity-building initiatives, and policy consultations with public authorities. Mahmut’s expertise spans child protection, labor migration, NGO governance, and community-based protection. He actively serves on several advisory boards and is dedicated to promoting justice and accountability in humanitarian and legal systems.
