Timothy Reno, the Director of IPLI Foundation, will provide a comparative analysis of the situation of Greek migrants of Greece and League of Nations after the Turkish-Greek Population Exchange which gained a legal ground in the 1923 Lausanne Treaty and those of refugees who crossed into the EU from Turkey.

Timothy Reno: PhD Candidate. He completed his MA in Sciences Po Paris, Department of Public Relations. Among his research interests are international development and refugee and migrant politics in the context of Turkey and EU. Reno continues his research in The Lusíada Center of Research in International Politics and Security (CLIPIS).
