Dilale Dönmez completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Relations at Istanbul Bilgi University, and received her PhD in Political Science and International Relations from Koç University. During and after her doctoral studies, she contributed to several TÜBİTAK-funded projects, collaborating with different interdisciplinary research teams. Her research focuses on democratic backsliding, conspiracy theories, information disorders, authoritarianism, polarization, and political behavior and attitudes, examining public opinion dynamics through a combination of quantitative and experimental methods. She currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at Özyeğin University, combining her research and teaching activities.
